Goal
Launch the Samsung S25 Ultra in a memorable regional format and create strong youth-focused visibility through a live creator-led experience.
Challenge
Smartphone launches often depend on conventional media and retail visibility. The challenge was to make the launch feel fresh, public, participatory, and culturally relevant for Kerala audiences.
Strategy
Beyond Folks used a live-event influencer strategy by placing the unboxing experience inside Kochi Metro. The campaign connected Samsung, myG, selected fans, regional creators, PR, and short-form content into one public activation.
Execution
The campaign featured a live S25 Ultra unboxing by creator @callmeshazzam, fan interaction led by @hashireeeee, and a one-hour Kochi Metro round trip with 75 selected fans from Muttom to Thripunithura and back. The event was filmed and promoted through PR and regional influencer reels.
Results
A metro-based unboxing experience that turned a product launch into a public creator-led spectacle.
The campaign generated strong user content and enthusiasm across Kerala, strengthened Samsung’s connection with youth and urban mobility, and improved myG visibility as the exclusive retail partner.
